Purpose and data minimisation

Account: verified phone. Matching: job, availability, pay and approximate area. Employer relationship: workplace, need, interests and consent. Safety: audit, fraud and reports.

Recipients

An employer only receives candidate contact details for an accepted job and for a limited period. Raw database access is never sold.

Retention and rights

Retention periods still require legal approval. Candidates can export and delete their account; access, correction, objection and appeal procedures must be completed with the operator.
